Auto-line I consists of a metal feeding frame, leveling and grooving equipment, power cutting machine or hydraulic cutting machine. The operation system is controlled by computer. The maximum working speed of manufacture line is 10m/min. The length tolerance is ±0.5mm, diagonal line tolerance is ±0.8mm. The feeding frame can be set as per customers requirement. The duct manufacture line can automatically cut metal according to customers requirement. So the metal sheet and the labor can be drastically reduced. LMS duct manufacture line is offered at a good price. The auto-line which includes Pittsburgh lock machine, folder machine is highly efficient. Duct manufacture equipment is especially suitable for a medium sized duct factory.
